Theincrease in revenue was mainly attributable to the increase inrental income during the year. In addition, the interest incomefrom money lending business and proof of funds commissionduring the year also recorded an increase as compared with thelast financial year.Profit for the year attributable to owners of the Company wasapproximately HK$41.2 million (2024: HK$35.8 million). Theincrease in profit was mainly attributable to the net effect ofincrease in fair value gains of listed and unlisted equity securities;and increase in impairment loss on accounts receivable frommargin clients. The Group recorded provision of net impairmentloss on accounts receivable from margin clients of approximatelyHK$138.4 million (2024: HK$128.6 million) in the currentfinancial year.Basic earnings per share for the year were HK0.42 cents (2024:HK0.37 cents) as a result of increase in profit during the year. 本人謹代表結好控股有限公司（「本公司」）董事會（「董事會」）提呈本公司及其附屬公司（統 稱「本 集 團」）截 至 二 零 二 五 年 三 月三十一日止年度之年報。截 至 二 零 二 五 年 三 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度，本 集 團 之 收 益 約 為432,100,000港 元，較 上財 政 年 度 約410,000,000港 元 增 加5.4%。收益增加主要源自年內租金收入的增加。此外，年內來自放債業務之利息收入及資金證明佣金亦較上財政年度有所增加。本公司擁有人應佔年內溢利約為41,200,000港元（二零二四年：35,800,000港元）。溢利增加主要是由於上市及非上市股本證券之公允值收益增加；以及應收保證金客戶賬項之減值虧損增加之淨影響所致。本集團於本財政年度錄得應收保證金客戶賬項之減值虧損淨額撥備約為138,400,000港元（二零二四年：128,600,000港元）。因年內溢利增加，年內之每股基本盈利為0.42港仙（二零二四年：0.37港仙）。 Annual Report 2025年報˴ࢩజѓࣣʿ၍ଣᄴীሞʿʱؓCHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT ANDMANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS於二零二四年，香港經濟持續復甦，但增長速度較二零二三年放緩。儘管私人消費有所下降，但受商品及服務出口強勁以及投資支出溫和增長的推動，本地生產毛額實質增長2.5%，低於二零二三年的3.2%。經季節性調整後的失業率維持在低水平，於二零二四年大部分時間平均為3.0%，但在二零二五年第一季度略為上升，反映各行業正處
