Theincrease in revenue was mainly attributable to the increase inrental income during the year. In addition, the interest incomefrom money lending business and proof of funds commissionduring the year also recorded an increase as compared with thelast financial year.Profit for the year attributable to owners of the Company wasapproximately HK$41.2 million (2024: HK$35.8 million). Theincrease in profit was mainly attributable to the net effect ofincrease in fair value gains of listed and unlisted equity securities;and increase in impairment loss on accounts receivable frommargin clients.
