The Group isa maritime services provider in Hong Kong with over 20 yearsof operating history. Services of the Group include (i) vesselchartering and related services; (ii) ship management; (iii) marineconstruction; and (iv) trading of machineries and equipment relatedto construction and marine industries. During the year, the Group continued to develop new sources ofcustomers for the vessels chartering services and strengthen ourfleet to satisfy the increasing demand of vessel chartering in thefuture. The Group has established a trading business arm which isprincipally engaged in trading of machineries and equipment relatedto construction and marine industries. The Group is going to tapinto the marine construction and trading of construction and marinerelated machineries and equipment business through Yun Lee (TimKee) Marine Construction Limited (“YLTK”) and Sanlee New EnergyLimited (“Sanlee”) and it is expected they will be the growth driverof the Group’s revenue and profits. The Group’s financial position is solid, and will continue to maintainour leading position in the industry, and expand our opportunities innew projects. The principle activities of theGroup are provision of (i) vessel chartering and related services;(ii) ship management services; (iii) marine construction services;and (iv) trading of machineries and equipment related to marineand construction industries in Hong Kong. The Group ’s vesselchartering and related services include (i) time charter services; (ii)voyage charter services; and (iii) other related services, such asprovision of crew members, maritime consultation services andvessel repa
