The Group was listed on GEM of the StockExchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 8200) in November2003 and is the first listed beauty and slimming company in HongKong. The Group currently has four beauty and slimming centres inHong Kong. These centers are under two brand names “Sau SanTong” (original brand of the Group) and “IPRO” (acquired in 2015).All these centers provide unique all-rounded personalized beautyand slimming services, health management and anti-ageingtreatment programs etc.. Combining the effective treatmentsand comprehensive follow up services, all programmes enablecustomers to achieve their desired skin quality, weight and bodyshape in the healthiest manner. The Group has been widelyrecognized and highly praised for its outstanding products andservices. P&GSK-IIOlay To further diversify its businesses, the Group has acquired adistribution business in Mainland China in 2005, which distributesP&G’s personal care products in Shanghai, and cosmetic andskin care products with famous brands like SK-II and Olay inthe eastern and western part of Mainland China. With years ofdevelopment, the distribution network is well developed and withthe additions of international famous brands. CORPORATE PROFILE With the existing beauty and slimming business and productdistribution business, the Group is well-equipped to provide thebest-in-class services to our customers. In March 2015, the Group commenced a new business segmentof investment in securities, with a view that such business willdiversify the income stream of t
