This report aligns with the2023 OECD Ministerial Council Statements and with OECD Members’ vision for the Organisation in thecoming decade.It aims topromote actionto reinforce sustainable development and protect it from existingand emergingchallenges, underscoring that robust governance systems are essential for upholdingindividual rights and freedoms and achieving long-term sustainable well-being.The report collectively addressesfivepriorities essential forsustainable and equitable future and forachieving the SDGs:i) equipping governance and institutions for sustainable and inclusive transformation,ii) prioritising policies with multiplier effects for sustainable development,iii) sustainable development andfinancing for development, iv) science,technology, and innovation and digital cooperation, andv) youthand future generations.This publication brings together the OECD’s knowledge, data, tools, and good practices to support local,regional, national and international action. It is part of the OECD’s commitment to providing evidence-based, informed and actionable policy guidance to Member countries and the broader internationalcommunity.
