During the Year, due to the rapid changes in the operating environment,the Group actively disposed of loss-making businesses and simplifyingexisting businesses operation to increase the Group’s cash flow andimprove the liquidity, and to reallocate resources on existing businessesand develop other new businesses in the future. 202452.349.5202312316.6% In 2024, the total grid-connected capacity of the Group’s threeoperating photovoltaic power stations was 52.3 megawatts (“MW”),and the revenue from the photovoltaic power generation business wasapproximately HK$49.5 million. Revenue for the Year decreased byapproximately 6.6% comparing to the year ended 31 December 2023.The decrease was mainly due to the fluctuation of the RMB exchangerate. 2024 Overall, despite facing various challenges in 2024, the Group will continueto actively seek opportunities to develop other businesses. By cooperatingwith different professionals to evaluate and study the feasibility ofnew businesses, we expect to develop new businesses to make morecontributions to the Group. Finally, on behalf of the Board, I would like to express my thankfulnessand appreciation to my fellow Directors, management team and all thestaff of the Group for their dedications and hard work, which contributedto the Group’s development.
