ANNUAL REPORT2024 Chaowei Power Holdings Limited(the “Company” together with itssubsidiaries, the “Group”) is principally engaged in the manufacturing andsales of lead-acid motive batteries, lithium-ion batteries and other relatedproducts. These batteries are widely used in electric bikes, electric tricyclesand special-purpose electric vehicles. Headquartered in Changxing, Zhejiang Province, the Group’s manufacturingfacilities are strategically located in regions with higher demand for lead-acidmotive batteries, including Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, Zhejiang, Anhui,Jiangxi and Hebei Provinces in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or“China”). The primary market of the Group features top electric bike manufacturers andits secondary market is supported by a nationwide distribution networkcovering all provinces in the PRC. For the primary market, the Group suppliesoriginal batteries to most of the well-known electric bike manufacturers in thePRC.
