FINAL RESULTS AND FINAL DIVIDEND 本 集 團 本 年 度 之 股 東 應 佔 經 審 核 綜 合 虧損 淨 額 約 為 港 幣16,800,000元（ 二 零 二 三年：港幣14,800,000元），主要由於上市投資之虧損淨額及金融資產減值。本年度每股 虧 損 約 為 港 幣0.06元（ 二 零 二 三 年：港幣0.05元）。 TheGroup’sauditedconsolidatednetlossattributabletoshareholderswasapproximatelyHK$16.8millionfortheYear(2023:HK$14.8million)whichwasmainlyattributabletothenetlossonlistedinvestmentsandimpairment of financial assets. BUSINESS REVIEW 本公司為投資公司，本公司股份根據香港聯合交易所有限公司（「」）證券上市規則（「」）第21章自一九九九年十月二十七日起在聯交所主板上市。於本年度內，本集團仍然主要在香港從事上市投資及投資非上市公司。 TheCompanyisaninvestmentcompanyandtheCompany’ssharesarelistedontheMainBoardofTheStockExchangeofHongKongLimited(the“StockExchange”) since 27 October 1999, pursuant to Chapter21 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on theStock Exchange (the “Listing Rules”).
