Xue-Ming’s research interests include supply chainanalytics,predictive and prescriptive analytics,data driven inventory optimization,stochasticmodels, and algorithms and optimization.He has held various academic positions in China andFrance, and has published more than 130 scientific papers and over 50 papers in flagship journalssuch as theJournal of Applied Probability,Statistics Communications,Operations Research, theEuropeanJournal of Operational Research,IIE Transactions,IEEE Transactions, etc. Xue-Ming and his team haveinvented three commercial system solutions, Intelliget Forecasting System (iForecaster), InventoryOptimization System (iOptimizer) and Predictive Inventory Management System (PRIMS), whichhave been deployed in more than 40 multi-national companies (MNCs) and small and medium-sizedenterprises (SMEs).
