The Group provides buildingconstruction services to customers in both private and publicsectors. The building construction services provided by the Groupprimarily consist of building works for new buildings, includingresidential, commercial and industrial buildings, while the Group’sRMAA works services include the general upkeep, maintenance,improvement, refurbishment, alteration and addition of existingfacilities and components of buildings and their surroundings. Theshares of the Company (the “Share(s)”) were listed on the MainBoard of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “StockExchange“) on 27 Feburary 2019 (the “Listing Date”). 20249 3010.0 As at 30 September 2024, the Group had six major projects onhand each with an awarded contract sum of HK$10.0 million orabove, which include projects in progress and projects that areyet to commence. During the six months ended 30 September 2024, the Groupcompleted five major projects each with an awarded contract sumof HK$10.0 million or above. 20249 3010.0 展望 PROSPECTS 20249 30574.9 During the six months ended 30 September 2024, the Group wassuccessfully awarded two sizeable contracts with an aggregatecontract sum of approximately HK$574.9 million. The Group willcontinue to diversify its customer base by placing more effortinpromoting the Group’s reputation,ensuring projects arecompleted on time with the highest quality and implementingvarious cost-effective measures to improve its competitiveness.The management of the Group still remains prudently optimisticabout the prospects of the construction industry in Hong Kong. Asthe world economy enters into a period of profoundtransformation, the Group would seek evolution through everyavenue.The Group believes that the building informationmodeling services could differentiate the Group from the Group’scompetitors through providing creative technical solutions to theGroup’s customers. Going forward, the Group plans to investin building construction related services that will enhance theGroup’s capabilities and provide synergies to the existing businessof the Group, while the Group strives to maintain the high qualityand workmanship which the Group has been delivering to itscustomers. 主要風險及不確定因素 PRINCIPAL RISKS AND UNCERTAINTIES There are certain risks relating to the Group’s operations whichcould harm the Group’s business, financial condition and operatingresults.
