REPORT ON REVIEW OF CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS簡 明 合 併 財 務 報 表 審 閱 報 告 TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OFCHINA WAN TONG YUAN (HOLDINGS) LIMITED(incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability) INTRODUCTION 7272024630343434 We have reviewed the condensed consolidated financial statements ofChina Wan Tong Yuan (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) and itssubsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”) set out on pages7 to 27, which comprise the condensed consolidated statement offinancialposition as of 30 June 2024 and the related condensedconsolidatedstatement of profit or loss and other comprehensiveincome, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flowsfor the six-month period then ended, and notes to the condensedconsolidated financial statements. The Rules Governing the Listing ofSecurities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited require thepreparationof a report on interim financial information to be incompliancewith the relevant provisions thereof and InternationalAccountingStandard 34“Interim Financial Reporting”(“IAS 34”)issued by the International Accounting Standards Board. The directorsof the Company are responsible for the preparation and presentationof these condensed consolidated financial statements in accordancewith IAS 34.
