Its parent group,Hongkun Group, is a leading property developer in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and has been ranked among the Top 100 PropertyDevelopers in the PRC* (). The Group hadbeen ranked one of the Top 100 Property Management Companiesin the PRC* () by China Index Academy* () for six consecutive years since 2016 and ranked 40thamong the Top 100 Property Management Companies in the PRC* () in 2021.
