Financial Highlights UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OFFINANCIAL POSITION Management Discussion and Analysis BUSINESS REVIEW In the first half of 2024, the global economy continued to see sluggish growthdue to the effect of multiple factors, including inflation, geopolitical tensions,and monetary policies in major economies. Nonetheless, there was a relativelyrobust economic recovery in some regions, particularly the emerging marketcountries in the Asia-Pacific region. Countries and enterprises were adaptingto the new economic environment and trends and seeking new growthdrivers. In a complex and volatile economic environment, the Group wasfaced with multiple challenges of uncertain market demand, difficulties in costcontrol and increased competition. Under the continuous guidance of the Board, the Group strengthenedrisk management and market adaptability to actively respond to changes inthe market competition, and stabilized and sustained the development ofits online game business. The Group actively explored and expanded thedevelopment and distribution of new games, actively explored the structureof electronic trade products to seek breakthroughs, accelerated the layoutand development of innovative transformation business and integratedresources to strengthen operation management, pursue investment returnsand promote innovative development. 37.460.1% In the first half of 2024, the Group recorded a total revenue of approximatelyRMB37.4 million, representing an increase of 60.1% compared to the sameperiod of last year.
