Accordingly,Hangzhou Junheng become a subsidiary of the Company.Leveraging on the construction and renovation servicesprovided by Hangzhou Zhongji, the Group benefits from theintroduction of customers for downstream expansion, thefinancial result of the Group was substantially improved sincethen. 於 截 至 二 零 二 四 年 六 月 三 十 日 止 六 個 月（「本 期 間」），銷 售 材 料 貢 獻 收 入 約227.3百 萬 港 元（截 至 二 零 二 三 年 六 月 三 十 日 止六個月（「上年同期」）：242.3百萬港元）。 During the six months ended 30 June 2024 (the“Period”), thesales of materials contributed a revenue of approximatelyHK$227.3 million (six months ended 30 June 2023 (the“Previous Period”): HK$242.3 million). 物業投資 Properties investment 本集團之投資物業由位於中國遼寧省營口市之若干商用單位及土地組成。於本期間，本集團錄得租金收入0.1百萬港元（上年同期：0.1百萬港元）。 The Group’s investment properties comprise certaincommercial units and lands situated in Yingkou city, Liaoningprovince, the PRC.
