Byinvesting in both private and public enterprisessupported by the new economies of GreaterChina, the Company is devoted to achieving longterm capital appreciation for professional investors. 財務摘要 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS 於 本 期 間，本 公 司 於 上 市 及 私募 股 票 維 持 中 長 期 投 資 戰 略。本 公 司 於 截 至2024年6月30日持 有 一 項 香 港 上 市 公 司 投 資、三 項 私 募 股 權 證 券 投 資、一 隻有限合夥基金及一隻開放式基金。我 們 其 中 一 項 主 要 投 資 為專注於香港首次公開發售市場的 金 融 印 刷 板 塊。本 公 司 於 本期 間 錄 得 股 東 應 佔 虧 損 淨 額12,728,425港 元，其 中 包 括 組合中投資持倉公平值虧損變動淨額6,960,659港元。 During the Period, the Company maintained amedium to long-term investment strategy in bothpublic and private equities. The Company held oneinvestment in Hong Kong-listed company, threeprivate equity securities investments, one limitedpartnership fund and one open-ended fund as of30 June 2024. One of our major investments is inthe financial printing sector focusing on the HongKong IPO market. The Company reported net lossattributable to shareholders of HK$12,728,425during the Period, which consisted of the netchange in fair value loss of HK$6,960,659 takenon the investment positions in the portfolio.
