Core net loss represents net loss lesschanges in fair value of self-owned investment properties,and net of the impact of the related deferred tax, which arematerial extraordinary or non-recurring income or expenses.We believe that such non-GAAP measure is broadly usedby management and investors to ascertain the Group’sprofitability and provide opportunities for investors to have abetter understanding on the Group’s operational efficiency.The non-GAAP financial measure presented here does nothave standardized meanings prescribed by GAAP and maynot be comparable to similarly titled measures presented byother companies.
