Its shares are listed on the GEM of The StockExchange of Hong Kong Limited. The address of its registered officeis at Cricket Square, Hutchins Drive, P.O. Box 2681, Grand CaymanKY1-1111, Cayman Islands. The address of its principal place ofbusiness is Unit 903, 9th Floor, Haleson Building, 1 Jubilee Street,Central, Hong Kong. The Company is an investment holding company. The principalactivities of the Group are provision of property managementand related services, properties investment and money lendingbusiness. The unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements arepresented in Hong Kong Dollars (“HK$”), unless otherwise stated. 2.BASIS OF PRESENTATION 2. 2023630GEM622 These unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements ofthe Group for the three months ended 30 June 2023 have beenprepared in accordance with accounting principles generallyaccepted in Hong Kong and in accordance with Hong KongFinancial Reporting Standards (“HKFRSs”) issued by the HongKong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”) and theapplicable disclosure requirements of the GEM Listing Rules andthe Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong)(the “Companies Ordinance”). 2023331 The accounting policies adopted by the Group are consistent withthe consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March2023. 2023331 These unaudited condensed consolidated financial statementsdo not include all the information and disclosures required in theannual financial statements, and should be read in conjunctionwith the Group’s annual financial statements for the year ended 31March 2023. 202341 In the current period, the Group has adopted all the new/revisedHKFRSs issued by the HKICPA that are relevant to its operation andeffective for its accounting period beginning on 1 April 2023. The Group has not yet applied new/revised HKFRSs that havebeen issued but no
