Additionally, at Filmart,we proudly announced our latest investment in the drama and movieproduction studio, S11 Partners Limited. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate in our business endeavors,having navigated through both prosperous and challenging economictimes. Our long-standing relationships with, and support fromlicensors, licensees, and partners have been instrumental in oursuccess, as we continuously strive for mutually beneficial outcomes— benefiting not only ourselves but also our licensors, licensees,and customers. We firmly believe that true success lies in collectiveachievements, where all parties win, and no one loses. 30OTT As an IP management company aspiring to be the leading force inAsia, innovation and creativity are at the core of our identity. Overthe past 30 years, we have embraced technological advancements andintroduced new ideas and campaigns throughout Asia. Our contentis no longer confined to traditional television and cinema platformsbut extends to OTTs as well. We have evolved from merely producinganimation series and movies to offering complete and immersiveexperiences, including cosplays, merchandise, and fan interactionswith dubbing artists. Brand licensing, too, has transcended the mereplacement of logos or characters on products or services; it hasbecome a comprehensive concept aimed at bringing characters to lifeand expanding their presence across generations. Since the listing of the Company in 2019, we have implementeda 5-year strategic plan, which has guided us through numerouschallenges and allowed us to surpass them. As we enter the 5thyear following our listing, we are currently developing the next5-year corporate strategy, which will be announced during theAGM in 2024. I am pleased to report that despite the challengingeconomic conditions impacting some of our licensees, the Group hascontinuously shown upward growth, with revenue increasing by 3.1%and net profit by 3.0% for the Year. 2019
