Although continuousadjustment and optimization was made to real estate related policiesin mainland China, the overall market had not yet emerged an excitingand dynamic scene. The Group’s real estate related services businessesoperating in mainland China mainly depend on the prosperity of the realestate market and the robustness of the real estate sector. Under such asluggish business condition, it was difficult to expand related businesses.The existing businesses were under downward pressure and the tradingbusiness pending restructuring failed to record revenue, resulting ina significant drop in the Group’s revenue for the Financial Year ascompared with that of last year. A considerable loss was also recordedin the overall performance of the Group. In addition, the Group hadcompleted a fundraising activity by way of rights issue during theyear to enhance its capital and lay the foundation for future businessdevelopment. 展 望 未 來，市 場 上 眾 多 負 面 和 不 明 朗 因 素預計依然存在。在營運方面，本集團仍然將面 對 不 少 的 困 難 與 挑 戰，在 管 理 上 將 維 持審 慎 的 態 度。作 為 主 營 業 務 的 重 要 部 份，本集團將致力尋求房地產相關服務業務的穩健發展，嘗試接洽更多項目支持業務。本集團也將依循發展方向進一步整合其他業務。拓展新業務方面，憑藉過往運營大數據及 數 字 相 關 業 務 的 經
