The profitattributable to the equity holders for the year ended 31 March2024 was approximately HK$6.0 million, which slightly increasedby approximately HK$0.1 million as compared to that for theyear ended 31 March 2023. 展望 PROSPECTS 20243 31843.920243 31155.1 Duringthe year ended 31 March 2024,the Group wassuccessfully awarded three sizeable contracts with an aggregatecontract sum of approximately HK$843.9 million. Subsequentto 31 March 2024 and up to the date of this annual report, theGroup was successfully awarded one additional sizeable contractwith a contract sum of approximately HK$155.1 million. TheGroup will continue to diversify its customer base by placingmore effort in promoting the Group’s reputation, ensuringprojects are completed on time with the highest quality andimplementing various cost-effective measures to improve itscompetitiveness. The management of the Group still remainsprudently optimistic about the prospects of the constructionindustry in Hong Kong. As the world economy enters into a period of profoundtransformation, the Group would seek evolution through everyavenue. The Group believes that the building informationmodeling services could differentiate the Group from theGroup’ s competitors through providing creative technicalsolutions to the Group’ s customers. The Group providesbuilding construction services to customers in both private andpublic sectors. The building construction services provided bythe Group primarily consist of building works for new buildings,including residential, commercial and industrial buildings, whilethe Group’s RMAA works services include the general upkeep,maintenance, improvement, refurbishment, alteration andaddition of existing facilities and components of buildings andtheir surroundings. The shares of the Company (the “Share(s)”)were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of HongKong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) on 27 February 2019 (the“Listing Date”). 20243 3110.
