In theFY2024, the Group was precisely caught in the difficulty situation of risingoperation costs, customers being conscious with cost control, and fiercemarket competition. 於爭取環境衛生服務（「環衛服務」）業務分部的新訂及重續合約時，本集團不僅面對來自客戶及競爭對手的定價壓力，我們亦注意到業主或商戶訴諸自行管理衛生及清潔職責，取代委聘外部服務商的趨勢。雖然我們理解客戶開始加倍注意成本及部分服務商選擇進行價格戰，但本集團盡量避免陷入過度激烈的價格競爭，而是著重於提供優質及專業服務。於2024財年，本集團已設立一個「醫療保健 與 設 施 管 理」專 門 團 隊，以 滿 足 我 們 公 共衛 生 服 務 領 域 的 新 訂 約 客 戶 的 需 求。此 外，儘管目前的市場競爭激烈，但本集團於2024財 年 仍 得 以 與 一 名 現 有 環 衛 服 務 客 戶（就 額外 鐵 路 設 施）、一 名 高 等 教 育 機 構 客 戶 及 港島南區一個地標購物中心訂立新合約。我們認為，上述成就乃永順集團致力於高質素服務、關 注 客 戶 需 求、創 新 環 衛 服 務 解 決 方 案及堅持企業社會責任的成果。 In our bids for new and renewal co
