The Macau Government’s policy regarding the management of COVID-19pandemic and general travel restrictions was eliminated in early January2023. Since then, there was a significant increase in visitor arrivals toMacau and improvement in hotel occupancy rate in Macau and HongKong. The total visitor arrivals to Macau increased approximately 394.9%for the Year as compared to the year of 2022. The Group has recorded asubstantial increase in its turnover of some 72.3% from its businesses inMacau, Hong Kong and Mainland China and the Group recorded a profitattributable to owners of the Company of some HK$48.6 million in theYear, as compared to a loss attributable to owners of the Company ofHK$125.6 million for the year of 2022. 澳門政府就有關2019新型冠狀病毒疫情管理及一般旅遊限制之政策已於二零二三年一月初取消。此後，澳門訪客人數大幅增加，澳門及香港酒店之入住率亦有所上升。於本年度，澳門訪 客 總 人 數 較 二 零 二 二 年 上 升 約394.9%。 於本年度，本集團於澳門、香港及中國大陸業務之營業額錄得大幅增長約72.3%，且本集團錄得本公司擁有人應佔溢利約48,600,000港元，而 二 零 二 二 年 之 本 公 司 擁 有 人 應 佔 虧 損 則 為125,600,000港元。 The Group’s profit attributable to owners of the Company of someHK$48.6 million in the Year has been mainly attributable to (i) a profitattributable to owners of the Group’s food and catering business of someHK$
