A series of domestic realestate control policies have been introduced one after another,aiming at facilitating the stable, healthy and high-qualitydevelopment of the real estate market. Although the lenientpolicies and the relaxing environment continued to exist, theireffect was not distinct as the market was still sliding, deeplyaffecting the Group’s property investment business.
