Chairman’s Statement主席報告 On behalf of the Board (the “Board”) of Directors (the“Directors”) of Fujian Holdings Limited (the “Company”), Ihereby present the annual report and the audited condensedconsolidated financial statements of the Company togetherwith its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) for the yearended 31 December 2023 (“reporting year” or the “yearunder review”) to the shareholders of the Company (the“Shareholders”). 本 人 謹 代 表 閩 港 控 股 有 限 公 司(「本 公 司」)董事會(「董事會」或「董事」)提呈本公司及其附屬公司(統稱「本集團」)截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止(「本報告期」或「回顧期」)之年度報告及經審核簡明綜合財務報表,以供本公司股東(「股東」)省覽。 BUSINESS REVIEW 業務回顧 截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止之年度,本集團營業額約為3,521萬港元,與去年同期約1,890萬港元比較,上升約86.30%。 For the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group recordeda turnover of approximately HK$35.21 million, representingan increase of approximately 86.30% as compared toapproximately HK$18.90 million in the corresponding periodlast year. 本報告期,本公司持有人應佔虧損約2,283萬 港 元(二 零 二 二 年:應 佔 虧 損 約1,431萬港元)。 Net loss attributable to Shareholders was approximatelyHK$22.83 million for the reporting year (2022: Net lossattribute to Shareholders was approximately HK$14.31million). 截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止之年度,每股虧損1.99港仙(二零二二年:每股虧損約1.25港仙)。 Loss per share was approximately 1.99 HK cent for theyear ended 31 December 2023 (2022: Loss per share wasapproximately 1.25 HK cent). 淨資產(總資產減總負債)比截至二零二二年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 之40,252萬 港 元 下 降約2,360萬港元至約為37,892萬港元。 Net assets (Total assets less total liabilities) decreased byapproximately HK$23.60 million to approximately HK$378.92million as at 31 December 2023 compared with HK$402.52million as at 31 December 2022. 股息 DIVIDENDS 截 至 二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度,董事不建議派發任何股息。 The Directors do not recommend the payment of anydividend for the year ended 31 December 2023. 前景展望 PROSPECTS 展望未來,儘管房地產市場持續調整,休閒遊及商務差旅的完全復蘇預計仍需要較長一 段 時 期,但 隨 著 國 內 外 不 確 定 性 因 素 逐步消除,消費信心逐步恢復,中國的經濟預期 仍 向 好 並 有 望 強 勁 復 蘇,我 們 對 未 來 的市 場 前 景 仍 持 謹 慎 樂 觀 態 度。我 們 將 把 握好升級轉型的機遇,抓住綠色環保產業、文化 旅 遊 及 相 關 產 業 的 長 線 發 展 態 勢,依 靠我們於福建省之優勢,堅持穩中求進,加強統籌協調,積極推進變革整合,不斷提升本集團持續發展的內在動力與長期競爭力。 Looking ahead, despite the ongoing adjustments in the realestate market, full recovery of the leisure travel and businesstravel are expected to take a long time. However, with thegradual elimination of domestic and external uncertaintiesas well as the gradual recovery of consumer confidence,we will cautiously maintain an optimistic view of the marketprospect in the future as China’s economy is still expectedto improve and is poised for a strong recovery. We will seizethe opportunities for upgrading and transformation and thelong-term development trends of the green environmentalindustry, cultural tourism, and related industries, relying onour advantages in Fujian P
