The Group has established a mature business networkaroundthe new energy power industry in North,East andSouthChina,laying the foundations for the new energybusiness worldwide. The Group has newly established JiangsuNatureZhenyuan Energy Storage Technology Co.,Ltd.andNatureIntellectual Energy(Shenzhen)Co.,Ltd.,with energystorage systems and EMS as their core businesses respectively. 262–7 We primarily engage in R&D, integration, manufacturing andsale of high-voltage pitch control systems for wind turbines. Wealso offer customised integration services of major componentsof pitch control systems. We are the first in the industry toadopt and promote the high-voltage integrated pitch system,andwe achieve intelligent wind power high-voltage pitchcontrolthrough utilising digital optimisation and integrationtechnology for our software and hardware system. At present,we possess 2 automated production lines and 6 test bencheswith product types covering sophisticated models for 2–7 MWseries.We have successfully established stable and in-depthcooperative relationship with quality wind power manufacturerssuch as Envision Energy, Zhejiang Windey, CRRC Group, SanyRenewable Energy, and Sinovel. —1.3PackMESPack Energystorage is one of our Group’s core businesses.Leveraged on Nature Smart Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. as aplatform,our energy storage business takes advantage ofadvanced technologies such as energy storage, cloud platform,Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence, to devoteourselvesto the provision of overall solutions for,and theproduct R&D and integration of integrated energy projects suchas wind power storage, photovoltaic energy storage, thermalpowerstorage,and cooling and heating power-based smartmicro-grids.The module pack line is located in the13,000-square-meter modern factory located in Wuxi, which isa clean factory in constant temperature and humidity to ensurestable performance of the battery assembly process. The entireproduction line is equipped with an MES system to collect andmonitor product status information at all times. The companyhasproduction and testing capabilities for modules,pack,containerintegration and the entire energy storage system.Currently,the Company has signed cooperation agreementswith CCCC Industrial Investment Holding Limited and GuonengLongyuan Electrical Co., Ltd. for comprehensive and in-depthcooperationin energy storage business development,energystoragesystem supply,and cooperative research anddevelopment. The Group will continue to focus on the integrated services forthenew energy power industry,and has been dedicated toproviding customers with continuous, high-quality products andservices that cover the two core business sectors of wind powerand energy storage.
