Annual Report2023 COMPANY PROFILE The Comba Group was established in 1997, and Comba Telecom SystemsHoldings Limited (the “Company”), which is a global leading wireless solutionsprovider with its own R&D facilities, manufacturing base and sales and serviceteams, is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2003, aswell as listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities TradingLimited in 2023. Leading through innovative technology, the Company offers acomprehensive suite of products and services including base station antennaand subsystems, network products, services and wireless transmission to itsglobal customers. The Company has established its R&D headquarters based in GuangzhouScience City and has applied approximately 5,800 patents globally. Our globalmanufacturing base, located in Guangzhou Economic and TechnologicalDevelopment District, covers an area of approximately 80,000 square meters.
