Peiport Holdings Ltd. has been listed on theStock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “StockExchange”) for over five years. Under the influence of the2 0 1 9 C o r o n a v i r u s D i s e a s e ( “ C O V I D - 1 9 ” ) a n d t h einternational and domestic political and economicenvironment, the Group still managed to achieve anapproximately 7.5% growth in its total revenue as comparedwith year 2022. On behalf of the board (the “Board”) ofdirectors (the “Director(s)”) of the Company, I hereby reportto the shareholders on the results of the Group in 2023,formulate work plans for 2024 and summarise the outlook ofthe three major business segments of the Group. 時間過得真快，轉眼彼岸控股有限公司已於香港聯合交易所有限公司（「聯交所」）上市逾五年。 受2019冠 狀 病 毒 病（「COVID-19」）及 國際、國內政治和經濟環境的影響，本集團總收益仍比二零二二年有約7.5%增長。現本人謹代表本公司董事（「董事」）會（「董事會」）欣然向股東們匯報於二零二三年本集團的業績，並對二零二四年的工作制定計劃及簡述對本集團三大業務板塊的展望。 二零二三年的業務回顧 BUSINESS REVIEW FOR 2023 In 2023, the overall revenue of the Group increased,especially in terms of the general aviation products andservices business segment with satisfactory growthmomentum. The significant increase in sales in this businesssegment was attributed to the promotion of low altitudeeconomy in the Chinese Mainland and the increase in thedemand of the domestic general aviation sector for airplanesand aircrafts for industrial, agricultural, logistics and flightschool applications. Meanwhile, in recent years, our generalaviation products and services successively entered themarkets of other Asian countries such as Thailand, Japan,Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines and etc., with an increasingrevenue growth every year.
