The Dispute Resolution Chamber has ruled on an employment-related dispute between Valentino Kuach Yuel and Aluminium Arak. The dispute concerns the financial benefits and additional benefits provided to the player under an employment agreement signed on August 1, 2022. The agreement was valid until June 30, 2024. The financial benefits for the first year were USD 130,000, payable in installments. For the second year, the financial benefits were USD 240,000, payable in installments. The Respondent was also required to provide the Claimant with furnished accommodation, with expenses to be paid by the Claimant.
