The Dispute Resolution Chamber passed a decision on October 18, 2023 regarding an employment-related dispute between Hungarian player Marko Futacs and Turkish club Içel Idmanyurdu Spor Kulübü. The dispute centered around an employment agreement that was valid until May 31, 2016. In August 2017, FIFA ordered the club to pay the player EUR 200,004 in outstanding remuneration and EUR 133,336 in compensation for breach of contract. However, the club did not comply with the decision, leading to disciplinary sanctions imposed by FIFA. In September 2018, the player and the club entered into a Settlement Agreement, in which the club agreed to pay the outstanding amount of EUR 330,000 in installments.
