The Dispute Resolution Chamber has ruled on an employment-related dispute between player A and B. The player was entitled to a net remuneration of EUR 1,100,000 for the 2022/2023 season, payable in installments. The contract also specified the Club's obligations, including respecting the Statutes, Regulations, and Code of Ethics of FIFA, UEFA, and Football Federation Country B. The Club was required to fulfill its contractual obligations under the contract and other obligations imposed by the Regulations for the Status and Transfer of Professional Football Players. The decision was passed on 22 November 2023.
