Givaudan is aware of the EU Regulation on Deforestation-Free Products (EUDR) that will enter into effect towards the end of 2024. The company is monitoring the legislative process and its applicability to its products and markets, consulting with external stakeholders and collaborating with internal experts and functions to prepare for implementation of the requirements that will become applicable to it. Givaudan will take all necessary steps to ensure compliance with all requirements applicable to it according to its role in the supply chain as and when they become applicable to it.
