In February 2023, theGovernment canceled all the mandatory quarantine requirements forinbound travelers and resumed her full connectivity with mainlandChina, followed by the official withdrawal of the mask wearing policya month later, marking Hong Kong's transition to a post-COVID-19era.Meanwhile,the Government made every effort to organizeextensive economic activities to expedite the recovery by distributingGCV to Hong Kong people and launching a variety of campaigns toattract inbound tourists, including "Hello Hong Kong", with the aimof rejuvenating the tourism and hence the economy of Hong Kong.However, given the uncertainties arising from domestic and globaleconomic factors and geopolitical considerations, Hong Kong's pathto recovery was confronted with all sorts of challenges; and fromthe corporate perspective, different segments of the Group reacteddifferently to the normalization of the economy. Nevertheless, theGrouprelentlessly identified potential business opportunities fornormalization and adjusted its strategies to cope with the changes indemand and spending patterns of customers during the Period, andencouraging results were achieved accordingly. 綜合收益達港幣5.79億元，較去年同期增加7.7%。本 期 間 的 本 公 司 股 東 應 佔 淨 利 潤 為 港 幣2,870萬元，較去年同期上升134.9%。撇除本期間及去年同期保就業計劃的股東應佔相關部分補貼、業主提供的租金寬減、投資物業估值虧損及人民幣貶值所產生的匯兌虧損，本期間的本公司股東應佔淨利潤為港幣3,530萬元，較去年同期大幅上升226.7%。 Consolidatedrevenue reached HK$579 million,representing anincreaseof 7.7%compared to the Previous Period.Net profitattributableto Shareholders of the Company for the Period wasHK$28.7 million, representing a rise of 134.9% compared to thePrevious Period.
