Management Discussion and Analysis管理層討論及分析 BUSINESS REVIEW TSWonders Holding Limited(the“Company”,together with itssubsidiaries,the“Group”)which is headquartered in Singapore isprimarilyfocused on the production,packaging and sale of nutsandchips with track record of more than 50 years.The Group’scoreproducts include roasted nuts,baked nuts,potato chips andcassava chips. The Group’s products have been sold and distributedto over 10 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia and the People’sRepublic of China (the “PRC”). The Group principally sells its productsona wholesale basis to(i)key account customers which includesupermarkets,hotels,airline and original equipment manufacturer(OEM) customers; and (ii) distributors. TS Wonders Holding Limited5010(i)(OEM)(ii) TheGroup is committed to delivering high quality and safe foodproductsand continuously meeting consumers’expectations andcomplying with legal requirements. It implements comprehensive andstrict quality assurance procedures throughout all stages of production,from the procurement of raw materials to the packaging and deliveryof the finished products. In this regard, the Group has been accreditedwith various certifications in relation to quality management and foodsafety.
