In the second half of 2017, the Group formedthe Changyou digital point business ecosystem alliance (the“Changyou Alliance”) with CCB International (Holdings) Limited,China UnionPay Merchant Services Company Limited, Bank ofChina Group Investment Limited, China Mobile (Hong Kong) GroupLimited and China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited. With an aim to integrate the digital membership points, resourcesand strategic advantages of the business partners in the ChangyouAlliance, the Group has developed an electronic platform,“Changyou” (the “Changyou Platform”). The Group strives todevelop the Changyou Platform as an integrative and securedplatform, so as to preserve and maximise the value of digital pointsas virtual assets for the platform users. With the development ofblockchain technology, digital assets have received increasingattention from the industry. By leveraging advanced technologiessuch as blockchain and big data, the Changyou Alliance aims todevelop a global financial platform for the issuance, circulation,storage and payment settlement of blockchain tokenisation ofassets. During the temporary setback since the lifting of pandemic controlmeasures at the beginning of the year, the Group had seizedthe opportunities in the economic recovery period and tappedinto specific scenarios of small-value, high-volume digital points.Leveraging its existing product construction and its establisheddigital traffic as its base, the Group started the exploration of thedigital economy marketing alliance. SaaS Although the three-year pandemic has led to an increase inunfavourable factors in the external environment, it has alsopromoted endogenous innovation. In the first half of 2023, whiledeveloping steadily and ensuring a solid business foundation, theGroup strove for technological innovation, combined with emergingtechnologies such as blockchain, data centre, and artificialintelligence, and integrated them into the Group’s SaaS digitalpoints service, target-oriented services, and corporate services.Not only did it support the achievement of the Group’s businessgoals in the first half of the year, but also lays a solid foundation forsubsequent business breakthroughs. Management Discussion and Analysis In the first half of 2023, relying on the continuous developmentof the merchant ecosys
