The geopolitical tension and inflationaryeconomy dampened consumer sentiment, and the severe fifthwave of COVID-19 in the first quarter of FY23 and absence ofChinese tourists had a negative impact on our business. Thissuccess can be attributed to our customer-centric approach andtargeted marketing campaign, which have proven highly effective indriving sales growth with a customer base of higher levels of loyaltyand repeat purchases. Additionally, we have taken advantage of afavourable rental market to expand our footprint and open 21 newservice points totalling over 173,000 sq ft in FY23. Whilst some ofthese new service points required higher initial capital investments dueto the nature of the business, we believe the foundation has been setto scale up and deliver growth in the near-term. Moreover, thisextensive network allows us to provide a wider range of healthcareservices in proximity to our customers, positioning us for long-termsuccess in the highly competitive healthcare market.
