For most of the world’s economies,strict social distancing measures and cross-border travel restrictionwere substantially relaxed due to increased vaccination and thehealththreatening effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic variantshave reduced. Overall economic activities improved as comparedto prior year. 16 Property regulatory policies remained to be based on the generalprincipleof“housing for living instead of speculation”and“region-specific regulatory policies”. However, in response to thedemand for pandemic prevention and control, market downturnand maintenance of stable economic growth, local governmentshave introduced a large number of policies on both supply anddemandto support the stable development of the real estatemarket.Therefore,the regulatory policy environment for thepropertymarket has gradually relaxed.The“16 SupportiveFinancial Measures for the Real Estate Market” was introduced inthefourth quarter of 2022,and supportive policies for credit,bondsand equity financing were launched to ensure the realestate market’s stable development, which is conducive to furtherstabilisingthe expectations of home buyers and maintainingconsumers’ confidence in the real estate market. Duringthe Reporting Period,China’s real estate industry wasundergoingprofound adjustments.The real estate market
