According to the statistics therein, investment in real estate development in the PRC from January to June 2022 amounted to approximately RMB6,831,400 million, representing a decrease of approximately 5.4% as compared to the corresponding period last year; the total construction area of new properties was 664,230,000 sq.m., representing a decrease of approximately 34.4% as compared to the corresponding period last year; the total sales area of commodity properties was 689,230,000 sq.m., representing a decrease of approximately 22.2% as compared to the corresponding period last year; sales of commodity properties amounted to approximately RMB6,607,200 million, representing a decrease of approximately 28.9% as compared to the corresponding period last year, of which residential sales decreased by approximately 31.8%. According to the “Development and Sales of Real Estate in Henan from January to June 2022” from the Henan Provincial Bureau of Statistics, statistics show that from January to June 2022, real estate development and investment in Henan amounted to appr
