Overall Mobile Phone Market in China May domestic mobile phone shipments were 20.8 million, down 9.4 percent year-over-year(y/y). 24 new models were released in the month, down 11.1 percent y/y. Over the past 5 months, domestic mobile phone shipments were 108.2 million and number of new model were 167, down 27.1 percent and down 7.7 percent y/y respectively. Development of 5G Mobile Phones May domestic 5G mobile phone shipments were 17.7 million, and represented 85.3 percent of the total shipments. 9 new 5G models were released in the month, accounting for 37.5 percent of the total new models released in the month. YTD 5G mobile phone shipments were 86.2 million units, and the total number of new models were 87, represented 79.7 percent and 52.1 percent respectively. Part 3.
