Key takeaways from the meeting include company’s 2H2014 pipeline; BONA’s Hollywood partners projects and Bona-Noah film investment fund updates; film distribution & new marketing strategy; company’s initiatives on TV drama & online videos. Film production & showing pipeline for 2H14. After a CNY blockbuster “The Man from Macau” ( 澳门风云，which generated over Rmb 520mn box office in total), BONA prepared a strong pipeline for 2H2014: tight schedule for Q3 this year, including a new film “后会无期” that the company worked with Chinese famous young writer Han Han, which the company expected to be another blockbuster for this summer with Rmb 600mn ~700mn box office in total; also big titles like “The White-Haired Witch”（白发魔女传）in Aug and “The Grandmaster 3D” (一代宗师) in Sep. Q4’s “The Taking of Tiger Mountain”(智取威虎山) is expected to be the largest box office winner for this year. In total, with 15~20 films to show this year, the company expected total box office to reach Rmb2.8-3.0bn in 2014, more than doubled from 2013. The current industry revenue comes from content investment & production (where company can generate 31-34% of box office proceeds), film distribution (generating 4%-6%) and movie theatres (generating 50% of box office proceeds). Hollywood projects underway & Bona-Noah film fund. As a first mover in the film industry, BONA worked closely with international players (21st Century Fox is BONA’s strategic investor with 19.9% stake). Currently, BONA has 4 ongoing co-production projects working with 21st Century Fox and 1 with Universal Pictures. Besides, worked with 168 foreign distributors worldwide, BONA aims great expansion of North America & Europe markets. And for the Rmb 1bn film fund that launched in 2H2013, BONA plans production budget of Rmb 500mn+ for this year. Currently there are over 12 projects underway. Business Initiatives. As
