The Group’s consolidated loss for the year amounted to HK$12.21 million as compared with a consolidated loss of HK$68.15 million for the previous year. Basic and diluted loss per share was HK6.49 cents (2020: HK36.24 cents). Recurring EBITDA, computed as loss before tax excluding net fair value loss on financial asset at FVTPL, fair value loss on derivative financial instruments, realised gain on disposal of financial asset at FVTPL, depreciation and finance cost, amounted to a EBITDA of HK$1.63 million (2020: Recurring EBITDA, computed as loss before tax excluding
